Attended Kings School Canterbury, then London University, where he graduated B.A. (Hons) in Human Geography. An enthusiastic amateur footballer, who plays every week. Eliot joined ASI in August 1994 as his first permanent job. Since then he has established himself as one of the best- connected young football agents in the UK. Licensed by the F.A. in 2001.
