
Greek/Scottish lyric coloratura Annie Fassea’s upcoming and recent engagements include her debut as KÖNIGIN DER NACHT Die Zauberflöte Royal Ballet and Opera, Hamburgische Staatsoper and Volksoper Wien, OLYMPIA Hoffmanns Erzählungen Volksoper Wien, MUSETTA La Bohème and BARBARINA Le nozze di Figaro Greek National Opera, VIOLETTA La Traviata Silesian Theater in Opava, Czech Republic, AMINA La Sonnambula Villanueva de la Vera, Spain, and ZERLINA Don Giovanni National Palace of Culture, Sofia.
In concert Annie has sung Mahler Symphony No. 4 Athens Concert Hall with ERT National Radio Symphony, Mozart Requiem Athens Philharmonia Orchestra and D. Minakakis’ Thermopylae ERT National Symphony Orchestra.
Annie has a Diploma in Vocal Performance Opera with distinction and was awarded the first prize performance from the Maria Callas Athenaeum Conservatory where she was part of the Greek National Opera’s Young Artists Program. She was awarded the Fullbright Artist’s Scholarship for artistic development with renowned bass Dimitri Kavrakos in New York.
