In concert he has sung with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Orquestra Sinfonica de Barcelona, Monteverdi Orchestra, Royal Flanders Philharmonic, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Berlin Philharmonic, Ulster Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre du Capitole, Sydney Symphony Orchestra and the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, Aspen Festival, London Symphony Orchestra and Bayerische Rundfunk, Monteverdi Choir, Mozarteum Orchester Salzburg. at Casa da Musica and Cadogan Hall.

William studied at the Jesus College, Cambridge and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
